Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We understand that occasionally products may arrive damaged, defective, or an incorrect item may be shipped. To address these instances, we offer a comprehensive Return Policy tailored for our business partners.
PLEASE NOTE: All products listed under “Vape Deals” or clearance sections are FINAL SALES and are not subject to return for any reason. These items are strictly excluded from our standard return policy.

WHOLESALE ACCOUNT RETURNS

Returns for new/unopened, damaged, or defective products must be initiated within 30 days of the issuance of the shipment tracking data.
  1. Authorization: You must contact our Customer Service Team at orders@enzovapedistro.com to obtain a return authorization.
  2. Shipping: Once authorized, products must be shipped back to our warehouse at Hollywood, Florida using a carrier that provides tracking information. This tracking number must be shared with us immediately.
  3. Packaging: All returned products must be in their original box and include ALL original packaging contents. Returns missing components or packaging will be rejected.
  4. Condition: Products showing signs of misuse or customer-inflicted damage will not be accepted. You must provide the original order number with your request.

Inspection & Resolution:

All returns are subject to inspection and testing by our technical staff. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong product). If a product is verified as defective or damaged during initial transit, Enzo Vape Distro reserves the right to either:

  • Ship a replacement product at our expense.
  • Issue a credit to your wholesale account.

Note: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs under all circumstances.

RETAIL ACCOUNT RETURNS

For retail-tier accounts, returns for damaged or defective products must be made within 7 days of the shipment tracking date. The same authorization and packaging requirements listed above apply. Returns must be sent with tracking and are subject to full inspection before any credit or replacement is issued.

FINAL SALE ITEMS – NO RETURNS

To maintain health, safety, and quality standards, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • All E-Liquids
  • Batteries and Chargers
  • Coils and Pods
  • Tanks and Atomizers
  • Vape Deals / Clearance Items

Customer-incurred shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and will not be credited to the account.
