What documents are required for shortages or damaged goods?
To file a claim, you must provide the following within 2 business days of delivery:
• A copy of the POD (Proof of Delivery) with clear notations of the damage or shortage.
• At least three (3) high-resolution photographs of the damaged pallet or items.
• The invoice or packing slip clearly marking the affected items.
• Note: If the POD is signed without notations of damage, Enzo Vape Distro cannot guarantee a replacement or credit.
