  • Does Enzo Vape Distro impose an age requirement for ordering and shipping products?
    Yes. Enzo Vape Distro strictly enforces a 21+ age requirement. We reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone under the legal age according to their local and state laws. All domestic U.S. orders require Adult Signature Verification (21+) upon delivery.
  • Where does Enzo Vape Distro ship from?
    All orders are processed and professionally dispatched from our main distribution center located at Hollywood, Florida.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    • Domestic (U.S.): Once processed, shipments typically arrive within 2-3 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
    • International (Export): Transit times vary based on the destination country and the selected freight forwarder.
  • What if my package is lost or stolen during transit?
    If you suspect your package is lost or stolen:
    1. Contact the carrier immediately with your tracking number.
    2. File a formal police report (required for business insurance claims).
    3. Submit your claim number and police report to orders@enzovapedistro.com for internal review and assistance.
  • What documents are required for shortages or damaged goods?
    To file a claim, you must provide the following within 2 business days of delivery:
    • A copy of the POD (Proof of Delivery) with clear notations of the damage or shortage.
    • At least three (3) high-resolution photographs of the damaged pallet or items.
    • The invoice or packing slip clearly marking the affected items.
    • Note: If the POD is signed without notations of damage, Enzo Vape Distro cannot guarantee a replacement or credit.
  • What shipping methods do you offer?
    • Domestic: USPS and UPS (standard and express).
    • International Wholesale: We specialize in LTL (Less Than Truckload), full container loads, and coordination with Freight Forwarders for global export.
  • How are shipping rates determined?
    Rates are based on total weight (rounded up to the next full pound). Real-time shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
    • Note: For bulk orders exceeding 100 lbs, please contact us for a custom freight quote.
  • International Export Notice & Responsibilities:
    Enzo Vape Distro is an experienced international exporter. However, the Buyer is solely responsible for:
    1. Complying with the nicotine and vapor import laws of the destination country.
    2. Paying all local duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees.
    3. Coordinating with their local customs office for clearance. We are not responsible for shipments seized or delayed by international customs.
